Good to know
Does Reiva PoS work without internet?+
Yes. If the connection drops, the POS keeps selling: sales are saved on the device with a receipt, and sent to Reiva PoS automatically when the connection is back. The top bar shows how many sales are waiting.
What hardware do I need?+
Any Windows PC, Mac, tablet or phone with a web browser. USB barcode scanners work like a keyboard, and receipts and kitchen tickets are sized for standard 80mm receipt printers. A normal A4 printer works for invoices.
Does it handle GST?+
Yes. Set your GST rates once and every sale, purchase and expense records the tax. Invoices show your TIN, and the GST summary report gives output tax, input tax and the net amount due for any period.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Every new business gets the Starter plan free for 3 months, with no card needed. Before the trial ends, Reiva PoS reminds you to pay. Pay by bank transfer to keep going; until then the account is paused, and your data is kept safe.
How do I pay for my plan?+
Pay by bank transfer and upload the slip in Settings → Billing. Your plan is switched on as soon as the payment is checked. Card payments are coming soon.
Is it good for restaurants and cafés?+
Yes. Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, send items to the kitchen or bar, show them on a kitchen screen, keep tables open until the guest pays, and add a service charge automatically.
Can my customers see their bills?+
Yes. Share a link to any invoice or statement. Customers see the items, payments, balance due and your bank accounts, and can see bills from every shop that uses Reiva PoS in one place.
